- Everyday Gold → A timeless, versatile base look with natural warmth, clear definition and balanced color tones – perfect for everyday photography, travel and visual storytelling. Everyday Gold brings calm to the image while preserving glow and depth.
- Golden Boost → A warm, vibrant look with golden highlights and a hint of turquoise in the sky – ideal for sunny days, Mediterranean tones and colorful storytelling. Golden Boost creates a cinematic glow without ever becoming loud.
- Muted Depth → A subtly desaturated look with subdued tones and soft contrast – perfect for quiet stories, calm landscapes and understated portraits. Muted Depth evokes a dimmed, atmospheric mood with cinematic depth.
- Warm Drift → A soft golden look with gentle warmth and natural skin tones – ideal for afternoon light, travel and family moments. Warm Drift turns ordinary light into a calm, cinematic glow.
- Cold Drift → A cool-toned look with crisp contours, neutral color rendering and subtle structure – ideal for urban scenes, overcast skies and modern architecture. Cold Drift brings clarity and restraint, with just a touch of cinematic depth.
- Silverlight (B&W) → A bright black and white look with fine structure, soft contrast and poetic highlights – ideal for misty landscapes, quiet waters and bright street scenes. Silverlight creates a delicate, film-like monochrome aesthetic.
- Mono Journal (B&W) → A documentary-style black and white look with soft tonality, quiet atmosphere and journalistic character – perfect for reportage, street photography and analog-inspired fine art. Mono Journal balances depth and stillness.
- Eclipse (B&W) → A bold black and white look with strong contrast, rich blacks and slightly held-back highlights – ideal for dramatic light, day or night. Eclipse is the daylight-ready sister of Midnight – powerful yet controlled.
- Midnight (B&W) → A deep, high-contrast black and white look with dark shadows, cool highlights and maximum reduction – perfect for nighttime, neon light and intense visual moods. Midnight is uncompromising, atmospheric, and visually distinct.
Creator’s Note & Vision

The Truelight Video LUTs were created with a clear philosophy:
not to chase flashy, oversaturated “YouTube looks,” but to provide a calmer, more cinematic alternative.
Each LUT is built for calm realism – grounded contrast, natural tones, and cinematic subtlety that supports authentic storytelling.
These video LUTs are carefully designed to match the aesthetics of the Truelight Photo Presets, so you can build a unified style across photo and video.
Please note: while the LUTs are technically aligned with the photo presets, they cannot be 100% identical, since photo and video workflows differ. Instead, they are crafted to echo the same cinematic mood, tonality, and visual fingerprint.
The Truelight Photo Presets are available separately for photographers who wish to extend the same look to still images.
Compatibility

Sony S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine
- Optimized for Sony cameras (tested with A7CR, FX3)
- Format: .cube (33pt & 65pt)
- No Sony Transform LUT required (conversion to Rec.709 is already integrated)
Supported software
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- All other LUT-compatible editors
File types
- Designed for LOG footage (S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine)
- Can also be applied to other gamma profiles, but results will vary
Camera brands
- Optimized for Sony cameras
- In principle works with other brands (Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, etc.), but due to different gamma/color science, results may vary
- Minor adjustments (exposure, white balance, contrast) are recommended when used outside Sony S-Log3
Workflow note
- The LUTs already include the conversion from S-Log3/S-Gamut3.Cine → Rec.709
- Simply apply them directly to S-Log3 footage – no additional transform needed
- If using a color-managed workflow (e.g., DaVinci Resolve YRGB Color Managed or ACEScct), make sure not to add a second S-Log3 → Rec.709 transform, as this would double-convert the image
